When and where is the event happening?

Our inaugural event is scheduled for July 25-29, 2025 at Deerfields in Horse Shoe, NC. We hope all week-long attendees can arrive by dinner time on Friday evening. Check out is 11am on Tuesday the 29th.

How do I register for the event?

You can register here. All attendees must register for the event. You must indicate whether you desire a tent site or an RV site.

Where can I find a schedule of classes and events?

Here is a schedule of our classes for the 2025 event. If you want to see the entire event schedule, you can find an overview of it here

How do I pay for my ticket and lodging?

Once you register, we will contact you to confirm your registration, and you can pay via Venmo.

What skill level is required for these classes?

We invite all skill levels to join us at Elevation Rope, however, many of the classes are geared towards Advanced Beginners to Experienced Intermediate levels. You should be comfortable with beginners fundamentals like column ties, hitches and frictions to be able to get the most out of this event.

Do you offer airport shuttles?

No, we will not be offering airport shuttles. The airport is located about 20 minutes from the venue and if scheduled ahead of time, should cost you around $30-40 per ride.

What if I purchase a ticket and can't attend the event?

We offer refunds up to a certain date; afterwards you can have the option of transferring your ticket. Our ticket policies can be found here.

What do I need to bring to the event?

We have a detailed packing list here. As this is an outdoor event, we stress to all attendees to bring sunscreen and bug spray. We will have some necessities available for purchase at our merch table. We also have staff available for emergency necessities.

What is your alcohol policy?

Attendees of legal drinking age are allowed to keep alcohol at their campsites and can consume alcoholic beverages on site. No alcohol is allowed to be consumed in classrooms or while participating in any Elevation activities, including play parties. You can read more about our policies on this subject here

Are meals included?

No, Meals will not be provided. All attendees will need to bring their own food, cooking materials and necessary storage. Please see our suggestions for easy camp meals here, If you are new to camping, please reach out to us for suggestions on what supplies you will need. We will have a limited amount of ice available on site for purchase.

Where can I purchase food nearby?

A list of nearby grocery stores, restaurants and breweries can be found here. They are all about a 15 minute drive from camp.

Can I bring a float or paddle board?

Both lakes are available at any time for you to use to swim, paddle or float. You may bring any sort of raft or floatie you like, but you are responsible for inflating it.
